About
No matter what type of Christian ministry you are involved in—whether you are a lead pastor, small group leader, missionary, or personal mentor, my prayer is that this will be a place for you to find refreshment and encouragement.
You Need Encouragement
Discipleship, preaching, counseling, evangelism, and community development are all beautiful and hard avenues of kingdom work. It’s easy to become discouraged in our efforts when we face exhaustion, loneliness, blurred vision, and personal hardship. In this place, we’ll spur one another forward to grow in our walk with Christ, remember our purpose, wrestle with common worries, share stories of hope in hardship, and rejoice together in the hope of the gospel.
My Story
I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in ministry from several different angles. My husband Andrew and I lived and worked overseas early in our marriage. We then spent an extensive season working full-time with a refugee resettlement ministry in North Carolina. Most recently, we served as members of a church planting team to a university town in Virginia.
Along the way, we have served on support teams for overseas missionaries, led discipleship groups, and mentored newlywed couples. All of this has given me a great excitement for the variety of kingdom-focused work being done all across the world and has grown in me a passion for supporting those in the trenches of Christian ministry.
Resources to Support You
Reflecting on my own experiences and listening to others in ministry has given me an enthusiasm to use my training in biblical counseling and my experience as a Christian content editor to cultivate resources for Christian ministry leaders that will refresh, strengthen, and spur you toward longevity in kingdom work.
